When and where is the conference?
ICSES & ACPES 2026 will be held on October 14-16, 2026 in Bangkok, Thailand. The exact venue will be announced soon.
How do I register for the conference?
You can register online through our Registration page. Fill out the multi-step form, select your registration category, and complete the payment via credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, or QR payment.
What is the deadline for abstract submission?
The abstract submission deadline is May 31, 2026. Acceptance notifications will be sent by April 20, 2026.
Can I attend virtually?
Yes! We offer a virtual attendance option. Virtual participants can access live-streamed keynote sessions, selected parallel sessions, and the poster gallery online.
Do I need a visa to travel to Thailand?
Visa requirements depend on your nationality. Many countries have visa exemption agreements with Thailand. We can provide official invitation letters for visa applications upon request after registration.
Will I receive a certificate of participation?
Yes, all registered participants (both in-person and virtual) will receive a certificate of participation. Presenters will receive a certificate of presentation. These will be available for download through your dashboard after the conference.
What is the refund/cancellation policy?
Full refund before August 1, 2026. 50% refund between May 1 – September 1, 2026. No refund after September 1, 2026. Registration can be transferred to another person at no additional cost.
