📄 Full Paper Upload Guide
For authors whose abstracts have been accepted for oral presentation at the 14th ICSES & 12th ACPES 2026.
⚠️ Before You Start
- Make sure your abstract status is “Awaiting Full Paper” or “Accepted”.
- Prepare your full paper as Microsoft Word (.docx) or PDF, 6–10 pages, max 15 MB.
- Have your login credentials ready (the email you used to submit the abstract).
Step-by-Step Instructions
Log in to the Submission Portal
Visit https://icses-acpes2026.com/submit-abstract/ and log in with the email account you used to submit your abstract.
Find Your Abstract in the “My Abstracts” Table
Scroll down past the submission guidelines. You will see a table titled “My Abstracts” with all your submissions listed.
Look for your accepted abstract. The status column will show “Awaiting Full Paper”, “Accepted”, or “Full Paper Under Review”.
Click the Abstract Title → Edit
Click on the abstract title. A small dropdown menu will appear with the options: View, Edit, Delete.
Click “Edit” to open the abstract in edit mode.
Go to Step 5: Attachments
You will see 6 tabs at the top: 1. Event · 2. Abstract Info · 3. Additional Details · 4. Authors · 5. Attachments · 6. Review.
Click on “Attachments” (Step 5), or press Next repeatedly to reach it.
Upload Your Full Paper
In the “Upload Documents” section, you will see a drop area labeled “Click or drag files to upload”.
Drag and drop your full paper file, or click the area to browse and select it.

Submit (Step 6: Review)
Click Next to reach Step 6: Review. Verify your uploaded file appears under “Uploaded Files”.
Click the Submit button to finalize. You will receive a confirmation email once your full paper is successfully uploaded.
✅ Full Paper Requirements
- Length: 6–10 pages including references
- Format: Microsoft Word (.docx) or PDF — both formats are equally accepted
- Maximum file size: 15 MB per file
- Template: Follow the conference paper template (available on request)
- Language: English
Understanding Your Abstract Status
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Draft | Not yet submitted. Complete and submit your abstract. |
| Submitted | Awaiting review by the scientific committee. |
| Accepted | Congratulations! Proceed with registration payment. |
| Awaiting Full Paper | Upload your full paper via the steps above. |
| Full Paper Under Review | Your full paper is being reviewed. No action needed. |
