Submission Guidelines

1. Introduction

Welcome to ICSES & ACPES 2026! This document provides comprehensive guidelines for authors preparing manuscripts for submission. Please read these guidelines carefully to ensure your submission meets all requirements.

All submissions must be original research that has not been previously published or submitted elsewhere for publication. By submitting to this conference, you agree to present your work if accepted.

2. Conference Topics

ICSES & ACPES 2026 accepts submissions in seven topic areas. Each topic focuses on cutting-edge research integrating AI, digital technology, and sustainability. Please select the topic that best aligns with your research.

Topic 1: Exercise and Sport Science

Focus: Data Analytics and Precision Science for Sustainable Efficiency

Sub-topics: AI-Driven Biomechanics, Precision Nutrition & AI, Sustainable Athletic Performance, Wearable Technology in Physiology, AI in Talent Identification

Topic 2: Physical Education

Focus: Developing Physical Literacy through Digital Technology

Sub-topics: AI-Enhanced PE Pedagogy, Smart Classroom Management, Inclusive PE with Assistive Tech, Gamification for Physical Literacy, Hybrid Physical Education Models

Topic 3: Health Education

Focus: Holistic Health Care and Proactive Prevention

Sub-topics: AI in Mental Health & Wellness, Digital Health Literacy, Predictive Health Modeling, Sustainable Healthy Lifestyle, AI for Reproductive Health Education

Topic 4: Recreation and Leisure Management

Focus: Leisure and Recreation Management towards Sustainability, with an Emphasis on Leisure Literacy

Sub-topics: Recreation Programming, Leisure Education, Outdoor Recreation, Therapeutic Recreation, Recreational for the Elderly, Recreation for Community Based, Recreation Facility Management.

Topic 5: Public Health

Focus: Community Health and Active Urban Design

Sub-topics: AI for Community Health Surveillance, Smart Cities for Active Living, Occupational Health in the Digital Era, Sustainable Food Systems, AI in Health Promotion & Communication

Topic 6: Sports Study

Focus: Management and Psychology in the Digital Age

Sub-topics: AI in Sports Management & Marketing, Neuroscience in Elite Sports, Esports vs. Physical Sports, Ethical Issues in AI Sports, Smart Sports Coaching Science

Topic 7: Innovation and Technology

Focus: Development of Tools and Prototype Software

Sub-topics: Generative AI in Health & Sport Content, IoT & Sensor Fusion in Exercise Science, Robotics in Rehabilitation, Blockchain for Health Data Privacy, Sustainable Tech Innovation

3. Abstract Format

Length: Maximum 1 page

Abstract word count: Maximum 300 words

File Format: Microsoft Word (.docx) or PDF (.pdf)

Paper Size: A4 (210mm × 297mm)

Margins: 2.5 cm (1 inch) on all sides

Font: Times New Roman, 12-point

Line Spacing: 1.5 lines

Alignment: Justified

Language: English

4. Abstract Structure

Your abstract should include: Title Page, Abstract (Maximum 300 words) and Keywords (3-5)

5. Manuscript Format

Length: 6-8 pages including all figures, tables, and references

File Format: Microsoft Word (.docx) or PDF (.pdf)

Paper Size: A4 (210mm × 297mm)

Margins: 2.5 cm (1 inch) on all sides

Font: Times New Roman, 12-point

Line Spacing: 1.5 lines

Alignment: Justified

Language: English

6. Manuscript Structure

Your manuscript should include: Title Page, Abstract (Maximum 300 words), Keywords (3-5), Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, and References (APA 7th edition).

7. Review Process

All submissions undergo a double-blind peer review process by 2-3 reviewers. Authors will receive notification of acceptance or revision requests via email.

8. Important Dates

Important Dates: Abstract Deadline (August 12, 2026), Acceptance Notification (August 26, 2026), Full Paper Deadline (September 15, 2026), Camera-Ready Deadline (October 5, 2026), Conference (October 14–16, 2026)

⚠️ No extensions will be granted.

9. Full Paper Submission Procedure

Authors whose abstracts have been accepted must submit their Full Paper by 15 September 2026. Follow the steps below carefully.

Step 1: Download the Full Paper Template

Download the official conference template: Template_FullPaper.docx

Step 2: Prepare Your Full Paper

Prepare your Full Paper strictly following the format and structure specified in the official template. Do not modify the template layout.

Step 3: Name Your File

Save your file using the naming convention: FullPaper_[LastName]_[Abstract ID].docx
Example: FullPaper_Smith_131.docx

Step 4: Log In and Upload

  1. Log in to your author account at https://icses-acpes2026.com
  2. Click the “My Abstracts” menu
  3. Select your accepted abstract
  4. Click the “Attachments” tab or the “Add Attachment” button
  5. Upload your Full Paper file

Step 5: Verify Your Upload

Confirm that your file appears in the Attachments list of your abstract to ensure the upload was successful.

Full Paper Requirements

  • File Format: .docx (Microsoft Word) only
  • Maximum File Size: 10 MB
  • Layout: Must strictly follow the official conference template
  • Language: English only
  • Peer Review: Your Full Paper will be sent to reviewers for a second round of evaluation

Important Notes

  • Only files uploaded through the online submission system will be accepted. Papers sent via email will NOT be processed.
  • To revise your Full Paper after upload, simply upload a new version – the system will retain the most recent file.
  • Only papers that pass the Full Paper peer review will be published in the Conference Proceedings.
  • If you experience any technical issues during upload, please contact the Scientific Committee immediately.
  • Please ensure your Full Paper aligns with the abstract you submitted. Significant deviations may result in rejection.
